SHIPPING POLICY
Items are usually shipped to the customer within 1-3 business days from the day payment is received. For bulky items and large orders, we can arrange for store pick-up which we schedule once a week.
Shipping Liability
Little Luke & Co. will take a photo of the order being shipped out (complete and in good condition) and inform the customer that their package is on the way. Afterwards, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their package is received. We shall not be held liable for any lost or damaged orders while in the possession of the local courier and we do not guarantee replacement after the items have left our possession. However, we will try our best to assist you if there is any issue with the order.

REFUND POLICY
Our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be happy with the products they purchase. We check your orders thoroughly before sending them off for delivery. All sales are final, and are non-refundable. However, in the event a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt of a product, please reach out to us at hello@littlelukeandco.com within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to address your concerns subject to the terms below:

Where there is a manufacturing defect, please provide us with proof of your purchase and photos showing the manufacturing defect. We will exchange the product.

No refunds will be provided for items that were damaged during the shipment/delivery.

All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.
